  I rang to book my car in for the air bags recalled.. they fitted me in that day.. and i got to sit in the quiet wifi room and remotley work from there. Staff were very friendly.. car service was great and they even gave my car a quick wash!

  Bought a new car from here a few years ago and sales team were great and very helpful. The service department however, were the worst I have ever encountered. Will never buy from or bring a car here again in my life. Safe yourself the headaches and go to newcastle toyota instead.

  We left there went into Newcastle and found the exact same car in a better condition for $20,000 cheaper!!!!!!

  Had been in to look at a car with my partner, that he had looked at the week before. The guy we were speaking to was telling us storys that didn't match up to the story he told my partner the week before. I feel like he was pushy, rude and the amount of times he looked at his watch as if he needed to be somewhere was uncomfortable. He was going in and out of the office pretending to get us a better price and when we said we wanted to go home and think about it he rolled his eyes and said he can't do that deal unless we put a deposit down that day!

  We purchased our own car from here 3 years ago... Fantastic and friendly service. So much so I got my Mum to purchase a brand new car from here. So many free features! Thank you Roby for being so friendly, fun, and professional; and most of all helpful and understanding!!! Keep it up!
